Astrid Medina Pereira entered the world of coffee at the age of 14 because of the coffee tradition on the part of her father's family, it was where she learned to work in the selection of grain and drying. Coffee is her biggest life project, it has given her laughter, happiness and family union.

INNOVAKIT SAS BIC carries out science, technology and innovation activities for the coffee sector; has developed a quality assurance system for small farms based on a management strategy for the appropriation of knowledge.

With tools that facilitate the capture of information in a safe and economical way, it is possible to tell the story behind each producer and traceably show its differentiators of quality, sustainability and impact.

Since its inception, Amor Perfecto has worked directly with coffee growers. It has prepared roasters, baristas and consumers, in what it really means to produce, roast, prepare and enjoy high quality coffee. For 5 years we have been working in a close alliance with Innovakit to guarantee quality in farm processes and with Trace.Coffee to show life stories of coffee growers and traceability of coffees roasted by Amor Perfecto.
